Illustrative scenarios only. Returns and inflation remain constant. Investment property equity is assumed to be available for retirement; sale costs, tax and liquidity are not assessed. Super contributions are estimated from income using the super rate and contribution tax shown with your results. Contribution caps, Age Pension, access rules, insurance and minimum pension withdrawals are not modelled. The starting spending target uses the share of household income shown below the inputs, and your own spending entry takes priority. Contribution tax and wage-growth assumptions are shown alongside the results. Division 293 tax and low-income tax offsets are excluded.
